Directions of Use
- Pull out about 45 cm (18 inches) of dental floss and cut it using the built-in cutter.
- Wrap the ends of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 10 cm (4 inches) of floss between your hands. Hold the floss firmly between your thumbs and forefingers.
- Gently slide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
- Curve the floss around the base of each tooth, making sure it goes beneath the gum line. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
- To remove, gently use the same back-and-forth motion.
